- ยฃ21.50 standard delivery.
- ยฃ4.95 for small items (sent via post)
- Free local pickup.
- Arranging Deliver: On receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once processed we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange deliver.
- Collections: Customers can collect orders by prior arrangement.
- Receiving Delivery:
- Someone must be present to sign for and check the goods.
- Signing โuncheckedโ or not noting damage means you accept the goods in good condition.
- Tradeline are not responsible for damage/shortages not reported within 24 hours.
- If goods are damaged, refuse delivery and note the damage on the delivery note.

Returns & Refunds Policy
Your Right to Cancel
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your building products. This applies to most items purchased online, unless otherwise stated.
How to Return Your Products
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [your email/contact form] within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
Returned items must be:

โ Unopened and in original packaging
โ Undamaged and unused
โ Accompanied by proof of purchase
Due to the nature of building products, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been installed, altered, or show signs of wear.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
ย Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following building products are non-returnable, unless faulty:
โ Custom-cut or made-to-measure items (e.g., cut lengths of UPVC, bespoke windows)
โ Products mixed or altered at your request
โ Clearance or end-of-line items
Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. You are entitled to a full refund within 30 days. After this period, we may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund depending on the issue.
- Order Cancellation:

- Cancellation is easier for stocked items; made-to-order and non-stocked items may not be cancellable.
