Shipping:

 

    • Delivery Time: See Map Below, but can vary due to demand and product availability. Some products may have longer lead times.
    • Delivery Method: Primarily use our own vehicles to minimize damage.
    • Delivery Area: UK Mainland only.
    • Delivery Costs:
        • Free over £250.
        • £21.50 standard delivery.
        • £4.95 for small items (sent via post).
        • Free local pickup.
    • Arranging Deliver: On receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once processed we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange deliver.
    • Collections: Customers can collect orders by prior arrangement.
    • Receiving Delivery:
        • Someone must be present to sign for and check the goods.
        • Signing “unchecked” or not noting damage means you accept the goods in good condition.
        • Tradeline are not responsible for damage/shortages not reported within 24 hours.
        • If goods are damaged, refuse delivery and note the damage on the delivery note.
        • Tradeline are not responsible for costs related to late deliveries (e.g., tradesmen’s time) 

Returns:

 

    • General Returns:
        • Allowed for products in original condition and packaging.
        • Subject to a 20% administration charge.
        • Exceptions: Non-stocked and custom-made items (e.g., cut-to-size products, windows, doors, rooflights and conservatories).
        • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe return of goods.
        • Refunds (minus the 20% charge) are processed within 28 days of receiving returned goods in resalable condition.
    • Faulty Goods:
        • Covered by manufacturer’s guarantees.
        • Faulty goods can be returned for replacement. Proof of purchase required, Original Invoice.
        • “Faults” are defined as manufacturing defects, not damage caused by misuse or wear and tear.
    • Order Cancellation:
        • Contact us as soon as possible via email or phone.
        • Cancellation is easier for stocked items; made-to-order and non-stocked items may not be cancellable.
    • Note as a customer:
    • Check goods thoroughly upon delivery. This is crucial, as signing without noting damage waives your right to claim for it later.
    • Report any damage or shortages within 24 hours. This is a strict deadline.
    • Be aware of the 20% restocking fee for general returns.
    • Understand that custom-made and non-stocked items are generally non-returnable.
    • Don’t book tradespeople until your materials have arrived and been checked.
