Order Cancellation, Shipping & Returns


Shipping / Deliveries


On receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once processed we will contact you via telephone or email to arrange delivery. We always try to deliver as many products by our own vehicles, this saves your products getting damaged. We aim to deliver within 5-10 working days on most orders placed.  However, this may vary from time to time due to seasonal demand or busy periods.  Certain products may have a longer delivery time due to availability and also to certain postcode areas.

STANDARD delivery charge is £9.99  Orders that total over £75.00 pounds are delivered FREE.

Special Delivery

Special deliveries will require an additional charge £25.00 this will be dependent upon various circumstances at the time of the request.  Please contact the office.


Receiving Delivery

Please ensure that there is someone present to sign and check your goods, failure to do this could result in the goods being returned to our warehouse.  In these circumstances an additional delivery charge may be requested in order to re-deliver your goods.

When goods are delivered, it is you or the person delegated to receive the products responsibility to check and sign for the goods.  It is important that you check there and then that the goods received are in good condition. 
Note:- SIGNING THE DELIVERY NOTE AS "UNCHECKED" OR NOT DETAILING IN WRITING ON THE DELIVERY NOTE ANY PRODUCTS DAMAGED - MEANS THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE GOODS IN GOOD CONDITION.

Once you have signed for the goods in good condition any insurance cover ceases and any replacement goods must be paid for. We accept no responibility for shortages/damages unless notified to Tradeline UPVC LTD within 24 hours.

PLEASE NOTE IF PRODUCTS ARE FOUND TO BE INCORRECT OR DAMAGED THEN:-

  1. Do not accept the goods and they will be returned to us. Replacement or refund will be processed after return and inspection. Sign your name and clearly write - GOODS RECEIVED DAMAGED together with a short description of the damage.  This way it is possible for us to claim insurance from our courier.
  2. All shortages and damage must be notified to Tradeline UPVC Limited within 24 HOURS.


If a package is lost by the courier service we will replace as soon as possible.

We would like to advise you not to book your tradesman or hire equipment prior to the arrival of your materials safely on site.  We are not able to compensate you for a builders time, hire costs or other charges related to a late delivery.

Deliveries as stated above are to the UK Mainland Only, Special deliveries to  Scottish Islands and Isle Of White will require an additional charge please contact our office to arrange this.

Returns Policy

Any goods supplied by Tradeline UPVC Limited, which are either defective in material, or not in accordance with the order, we will replace or refund at our discretion with no extra costs.

Tradeline UPVC Limited operate a full and fair returns policy. Your rights to return goods are Protected-under-the-EU-Distance-Selling-Regulations protectehttp://www.oft.gov.uk/advice_and_resources/small_businesses/distance-selling/

Products may be returned if in original condition and packaging but will incur a 20%  ADMINISTRATION CHARGE.  (The only exception to this is when goods have been custom-made to order, for example cut to size Polycarbonate Sheets and Kits, Plastic Skirting Boards, Plastic Skirting Cover Over, Special Size Skirting 18mm and Internal Window Boards in which case we are unable to except returns).  

All shipping and collection costs for returning products will be charged to the customer.  Customers are solely responsible for the safe return of goods undamaged.  

We will carry out an inspection of all returned items  to check for signs of use (scratches etc) that would prevent us from reselling the equipment as new. If the goods are in a re-saleable condition, a 20%  administration charge will be applied  and a refund will be issued. If payment has been received in advance we guarantee to refund any outstanding monies within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Faulty Goods

If the goods supplied are faulty, it is covered by manufacturers guarantees. In the unlikely event of any goods developing a fault within the guarantee period, they may be returned for an immediate replacement or a full refund, whether they have been used or not. “Faults” are defined as manufacturing defects, not those that may be caused by incorrect installation, abuse or fair wear and tear of the equipment. These guarantees are in addition to consumers statutory rights.

Order Cancellation

For cancellations you must e-mail or telephone as soon as possible. Certain  Stock items can easily be cancelled but made to order and special items such as coloured profiles and  polycarbonate/kits can only be cancelled if they have not already been processed.
